If you subscribe to the Retirement Reading Calendar or attend a Caregiver Information Workshop, we collect the contact details necessary to deliver those materials or confirm your attendance. This may include a postal address for printed materials.

Our website logs standard server data such as the approximate geographic region of visits, browser type, and pages viewed. This information is aggregate and is not used to identify individuals. We use a lightweight first-party tracking script to understand which pages are useful to visitors.

Purpose of use

We use contact information solely to respond to enquiries and, where a programme has been arranged, to deliver educational materials. We do not use your information to make inferences about your financial situation, health, or personal circumstances.

Programme delivery

For the Retirement Reading Calendar, we use your postal and email address to dispatch monthly reading materials. For the Caregiver Information Workshop, we use your contact details to confirm attendance details and send any preparatory materials. For the Annual Reading and Materials Programme, both of the above apply.

Where data is stored

Contact details submitted through this website are stored on servers located in Thailand and/or the European Economic Area. We take reasonable precautions to protect stored information from unauthorised access, including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS).

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to two years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. Programme subscriber records are retained for the duration of the active programme plus one calendar year.

Access and correction

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct any inaccuracies, by writing to us at the address below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Deletion

You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time. Where a programme is still active, we may need to retain minimal contact details to complete service delivery, but we will confirm the scope of any retention with you.
