PROGRAMMES — 2025
Three programmes. One consistent educational approach.
Each programme is designed for a different point of engagement — from a first reading on the topic to a full year of structured educational materials.
← HomeOUR METHODOLOGY
How Quietyears Programmes Are Built
Each programme follows an almanac model: content is organised by topic rather than by urgency, and the delivery schedule is designed around ordinary life rather than around a course structure. The reading calendar covers twelve distinct topics across a year. The workshop is a single full-day session. The annual programme combines both with a reference document.
All three share the same editorial standards: content is written for general adult readers, verified against current Thai Social Security Office and Ministry of Labour publications, and reviewed internally before dispatch. No financial advice is offered in any format.
STAGE 1
Topic Selection
Topics chosen annually based on regulatory updates and participant feedback from the previous year.
STAGE 2
Editorial Review
Each piece is fact-checked against official sources and reviewed for plain language before finalisation.
STAGE 3
Delivery & Update
Materials dispatched by post and email on schedule. Reference folder updated at each annual renewal.
Retirement Reading Calendar
A twelve-month reading programme delivered as printed mail and email. Each month carries a self-contained piece on a different aspect of retirement systems, family financial conversations, or routine planning considerations. The reading is paced for reflection — a short, well-sourced article rather than a chapter from a textbook.
- 12 monthly topics covering Thai pension and retirement topics
- Delivered by domestic post + email simultaneously
- No completion deadlines or access expiry
- Suitable for individuals with no financial background
- Strictly educational — no personal advice provided

First materials dispatched within 5 working days.
Monthly delivery continues for 12 months.
Renewal invitation sent at month 11.
Caregiver Information Workshop
A full-day in-person session designed for adult children who have taken on a more active supporting role with an older family member. The workshop covers three areas: how to approach conversations about retirement finances without being intrusive; how to organise the documents most commonly needed; and how to coordinate among siblings when multiple people are involved in supporting a parent.
- Full-day session (approx. 09:00–17:00) at Ekkamai, Bangkok
- Conversational frameworks for family discussions
- Document-organisation workbook included
- Sibling coordination module (afternoon session)
- No advisory content — informational throughout

Annual Reading & Materials Programme
The most comprehensive option: a full year of reading calendar materials, two workshop sessions scheduled over the year, and a printed reference folder that is updated and sent at the start of each annual renewal. Participants who want a steady and complete educational cadence — without urgency or structured course pressure — typically choose this programme.
- 12-month reading calendar included
- Two caregiver workshop sessions per year
- Printed reference folder — updated annually
- Priority response on enquiries
- Produced by editors — strictly educational
